My name is Nadia and I offer various objects around the house through Auberge Vintage & Cie. These are second-hand objects named as"Vintage" . It is time for them to come back in our homes. "Some of them" go back to the year 2000 and may actually be considered as vintage, too.
You will discover the sleeping charm of the old, the retro and the vintage and it is a delight to bring them up to date, to use them in everyday life or as decorative objects. They bring a special touch to our sometimes uniform homes. And their robustness is surprising, despite the fact that some of them are "barked", and this is what pleases us above all: the traces of time that they convey. You will be able to adapt them to your interiors because they will call upon all your creativity. You will see, it is a myriad of emotions and sensations constantly renewed.

Auberge Vintage & Cie is a sole proprietorship not subject to V.A.T. and is located in Ile de France, near Paris.
The items prices are in Euros and do not include processing and shipping costs which appear before your payment process.

Please, remember your password. However, Auberge Vintage & Cie can generate a new password if you lose or forget it. To do this, click on the Account icon then "Forgot your password?", enter your e-mail address and click on "Send". Simply click on the link to set a new password for your Auberge Vintage & Cie account.
Each time you visit the site, and if you wish to order or consult your account, all you need to do is identify yourself (your email address and your password).
Make sure to check your email address thanks to the link you receive in your mailbox to validate the creation of your account. Please check the Spam or junk mail in your mailbox.
Make sure to keep your password secure. However, Auberge Vintage & Cie will be able to generate a new password if you lose or forget it. To do so, please click on the Account icon then "Mot de passe oublié?", fill in your email address and click on "Envoyez". All you have to do is click on the link received to set a new password for your account on Auberge Vintage & Cie.

Your delivery costs are calculated as accurately as possible for a maximum weight of 5 KGS.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package (object and packaging) and the destination. You have the choice between MONDIAL RELAY (in Point Relais and home delivery) and COLISSIMO home delivery
The exact price of your order (including delivery charges) will be displayed in your basket. It is recommended that you group your items in one order for lower delivery costs. Shipping costs are those of the carriers (Mondial Relay and Colissimo).
Once your order has been placed and once confirmation of payment is received, it takes 3 working days for the parcels to be prepared for delivery (often less when possible), not counting the delivery times announced by Mondial Relay and Colissimo. It is up to you to choose the Point Relais that suits you best and to fill in your address and telephone number. The carrier will send you either e-mails and SMS for you to collect the parcel.
Responsibility for broken objects on receipt of the package:
That of the carrier. Please check the package before accepting it. Auberge Vintage & Cie is no longer liable once the parcel has left its premises.
However, please contact me at aubergevintage@gmail.com if you discover that the objects are broken, I will proceed their refund (less the shipping costs). To do so, I will ask you to send me one or more photos of the broken item using either the following e-mail aubergevintage@gmail.com or the CONTACT form.
DELIVERY AND PACKAGING COSTS
This includes postage and packing in cardboard boxes, recycled when possible, bubble wrap and tape.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Unfortunately, I do not accept any cancellation or return of orders as these are second hand items. Before choosing your items and ordering them, please take a good look at the photos and the description that accompany them. The photos of the items are detailed as much as possible and it is essential to remember that these are used and vintage products and that the traces of time are obvious.
The objects do not benefit from any guarantee given their status of second-hand objects. You choose your objects according to the pictures and the description which accompany them, without any contractual value.
